Tasting Pale yellow colour, slightly bubbly. Floral nose reminiscent of the vine in blossom. On the palate it is fresh, fruity and harmonious. Great balance between the acidity and the richness of the wine. Goes along nicely with Aperitifs, fine starters, oysters, freshwater fish, cheese dishes, raclette, fondue.
