These general sales conditions (“Conditions”) govern the sale of wines by Famille Rouvinez and apply to all products and services sold by companies affiliated with “Famille Rouvinez.” By placing an order on our Site, you accept these Conditions. The products offered for sale on our Site are wines produced by Famille Rouvinez. Product descriptions, images, and stock status are provided for informational purposes and may differ from the actual product.

2.      Confirmation of Legal Drinking Age

By placing an order to purchase our wine products, you confirm and guarantee that you have the legal age required to buy and consume wine in Switzerland. Famille Rouvinez disclaims all responsibility in the event of purchase or consumption of our products by individuals who do not meet the legal age requirements.
