CHICKEN WINGS AU COCA-COLA

A very special dish suggested by Véronique!
- Blanch the chicken wings for 1 minute, remove excess water
- Reheat them without oil in a high-sided frying pan or wok (there is enough fat in the chicken skin)
- Add garlic and coarsely cut ginger
- Moisten with soy sauce, add salt and pepper
- Cover the wings with coca cola
- Let them simmer uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring from time to time, and then it’s ready
Serve with rice and salad.
Enjoy with a glass of Ermitage Prafalcon. Delicious!
