CHICKEN WINGS AU COCA-COLA

  • A very special dish suggested by Véronique!

     

    • Blanch the chicken wings for 1 minute, remove excess water
    • Reheat them without oil in a high-sided frying pan or wok (there is enough fat in the chicken skin)
    • Add garlic and coarsely cut ginger
    • Moisten with soy sauce, add salt and pepper
    • Cover the wings with coca cola
    • Let them simmer uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring from time to time, and then it’s ready

     

    Serve with rice and salad.

     

    Enjoy with a glass of Ermitage Prafalcon. Delicious!
