GINGERBREAD

  • For a baking tray

     

    Ingredients

     

    • mix 600g flour
    • 450 g sugar
    • 4 table spoons cocoa powder
    • 6 table spoons gingerbread spice mixture (or according to the usage tip written on the package)
    • 1 table spoon baking powder
    • 6.5 dl cold milk
    • 5 table spoons cold oil (e.g. rapeseed oil)

     

    Pour this mixture on a Swiss standard size baking tray covered with baking parchment.

     

    Put into the cold oven, leave it to bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees in circulating air mode.

     

    A delicious recipe to taste with a bottle of Malvoisie or Grains Nobles.
